“(Beat)en Senseless” - A documentary that explores Austin’s beat music culture.
Until October of last year, I was fully aware that hip-hop was never really my thing. Electronic music never caught my attention, and I (surprisingly) had never heard of a little event called “Low End Theory.” - Little did I know.
Now, I am in the process of filming a documentary about Austin’s underground beat scene. How in the hell did that happen you ask? Two reasons: Austin possesses an intriguing and creative underground environment that instantly ignited a hunger within me for this new genre. And, when it comes to new music, I’m a fast learner.
So please take a look at this Kickstarter project I am working on with three friends.
